🇫🇷 France is a top expat destination — but also ranks low in “ease of settling in”
🇫🇷 Most expats spend 3–6 months researching — and still feel unprepared
🇫🇷 The course is based on real experience, hard-earned lessons, and tons of curated research
🇫🇷 …and it’s updated regularly — so you don’t have to rely on outdated blogs or forums
If you are moving to France on a permanent or semi-permanent basis, this course is likely for you. The other options either save you money… or time, but not both. Tackling the process yourself is fraught with endless research and wasted time. On the other hand, there are professionals who can help you, but they typically charge between $1000-$5000… and their job is done when they get you to France. This course is designed to help you get there and thrive through your first year, when there are many more things to tackle.
Many people move to France without speaking French. If you live in a bigger city, you will be able to survive with very limited knowledge of the language. However, you should consider learning basic French and some other useful terms (that we will cover in our courses) as they will come in handy when you are navigating French bureaucracy. Of course, if your intention is to ultimately request citizenship in France, you will be required to take a fluency test.
No worries. The course is designed to work with you and your timeline. When you are ready, the modules will walk you through the process with checklists to make sure you don’t miss anything.
The course is offered with lifetime access (Oui, really). In this way you can get the information whether you are moving in 6 months or 2 years. Additionally, some of the information will not be necessary until you actually settle in France. We will continue to update it and provide useful resources for your move… even after you move.
It’s natural that you might have questions.
For best results, we suggest asking your questions in the community. We will visit it no less than once per day, but it is possible (likely) that someone else in the community has already experienced your situation and will have a good response. Furthermore, we will be hosting a bi-weekly live online call covering a specific topic, but open at the end for other questions. The calls will be recorded and available for viewing afterwards if you are not available.
